GENERAL FITNESS TRAINING FOR CHILDREN
General fitness training for children aged 4 - 7 years.
Both boys and girls are welcome to play sports and meet new friends!
During the training we will develop basic motor movements: running, jumping, throwing, catching.
Games and activities to develop balance and coordination.
During the activities, your child will develop coordination, balance, agility, endurance and strength, as well as make new friends and gain confidence in many different sport games!
