GROUP ACTIVITIES
Group training sessions are held both indoors and outdoors
The role of the sports coach during the session is to provide a safe environment for the children, where the coach acts as an inspirer, initiator and supporter of the child. In individual sessions with the child, we develop existing skills and acquire new ones!
Physical activity give me the energy, adrenaline and positive emotions I need every day. My hobbies are MTB (Ādaži cycling club), basketball and hockey

At an earlier and earlier age, children start to train and take up a sport (hockey; tennis; floorball; football, etc.) Often, more focus is placed on specific exercises that develop the skills of a particular sport. Due to this, the time for overall fitness training is reduced, including our daily movements. My goal and objective is to continue to develop and increase the child's base movement skills and abilities. To strengthen the body according to the age stage, thus ensuring positive results in the long term! I have also added to my experience in fitness by running the largest fitness club chain in Latvia.
- Comprehensive indoor and outdoor sports activities (general fitness exercises, agility relays, etc.
- Hiking in the forest with tourist and orienteering elements
- Active leisure and excursions
- Creative activities
- Meals 2x daily (lunch, snacks)
